Vintage Items

All items are vintage or pre-loved and have lived a life prior to their time with us. We always aim to provide the best descriptions including flaws and imperfections to ensure the customer is satisfied and aware of the condition. 

Vintage items are generally between 20-100 years old

Pre-loved items are under 20 years old

Antique items are generally over 100 years old

Our descriptions will state the items condition. Condition descriptions range from Excellent, Very Good, Good and Fair condition. 

Excellent - Shows little to no signs of use and no flaws to report. As described in the description and photographs

Very Good - Very minimal signs of use and minor flaws, such as ligt scratches or bumps. As described in the description and photographs.

Good - Shows signs of use and flaws such as small cracks, breaks or bumps. As described in the description and photographs.

Fair - Shows many signs of use and age, such as rustic edges and chipping wood, deep scratches and bumps. As described in the description and photographs.

Shipping & Delivery

We encourage local pick up. The delivery cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We have couriers we recommend but are happy to use buyers specific couriers. We are not liable for any damages or delays during the shipping process, once the item has left our studio it is the buyers responsibility. 

Item is Located in Bilinga on the Gold Coast QLD 4225. Available for local pick up via appointment.

We offer local delivery as below rates. Delivery within 10km of Bilinga $50. Delivery within 30km of Bilinga for $100. Delivery to Brisbane (120km) for $250

Interstate Delivery can be arranged at buyers expense through a seperate courier company or postal service depending on the size of your item. Please reach out to discuss delivery options. Couriers generally do not deliver up stairs and someone must be present at time of delivery.

Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds. Please be sure to inspect the photos closely and read descriptions including measurements before making a purchase. If you need more info please reach out via the contact form.
